【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesamethodforthechromatographicdeterminationoftheironchelatedbyeachindividualortho(hydroxy)-ortho(hydroxy)isomerofthechelatingagentso,o-EDDHAando,oEDDHMAinfertilizerscontainingoneorbothofthesesubstances.Themethodallowstheidentificationandthedeterminationofthetotalconcentrationofwatersolubleironchelatesofthesechelatingagents.ltdoesnotdeterminethefreeformofthechelatingagents.NOTE1ThesubstancesEDDHA(ethylenediaminedi(hydroxyphenyl)aceticacid)andEDDHMA(ethylenediaminedi(hydroxymethylphenyl)aceticacid)existasseveraldifferentisomericforms.Positionalisomersforthehydroxylormethylgroups(inortho,meta,andparapositions)aswellasstereoisomers(mesoanddl-racemicforms)areknown.Bothmesoanddl-racemicformsoftheortho,ortho-EDDHAandortho,ortho-EDDHMAarepositionalisomersforthehydroxylgroupsallowedbytheRegulation(EC)No2003/2003.Sincepara,methodheredescribedthepara,metaandorthomethylpositionalisomersoftheo,o-EDDHMAareconsideredtogether.NOTE2Atpresent,analyticallypurestandardsonlyexistforortho,ortho-EDDHAandortho,ortho-EDDHAM.Allothersubstancesbeingunavailableasastandard,theinfluenceoftheireventualpresenceinthesamples(withrespecttothesensitivityandtheselectivityofthismethod)hasnotbeenstudied.NOTE3Themesoandthedl-racemicformsofo,o-EDDHAando,o-EDDHMAcanbedeterminedseparatelybythismethod.ThisprocedureconcernsECfertilizerscoveredbyRegulation(EC)No2003/2003［5］.ltisapplicabletoamassfractionofthemetalchelatedofatleast0,625﹪.

【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesamicrobiologicalscreeningmethodcomprisingtwoprocedures,whicharecarriedoutinparallel.Itpermitstheidentificationofanunusualmicrobiologicalprofileinpoultrymeat.Thepresenceofalargeexcesspopulationofdeadmicro-organismscanundercertaincircumstancesbepresumptiveofirradiationtreatment,whichmeans,thattheresultsoftheprocedureofthedeterminationofendotoxinconcentrationinthetestsampleusingtheLimulusamoebocytelysate(LAL)testandoftheprocedureoftheenumerationoftotalGramnegativebacteria(GNB)inthetestsamplearenotradiationspecific.Therefore,itisrecommendedthatapositiveresultbeconfirmedusingastandardizedreferencemethodforthedetectionofirradiatedfood,e.g.EN1784,EN1785orEN1786[1]to[3].Thisscreeningmethodhasbeensuccessfullytestedbyinter-laboratorytrials[4],[5],[6]andtheprocedureisgenerallyapplicabletowholeorpartsofpoultry,e.g.breast,legs,wingsoffresh,chilledorfrozencarcasseswithorwithoutskin.Themethodcanalsoprovideinformationaboutthemicrobiologicalqualityofaproductpriortoirradiation.
