【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61193appliestotheinspectionofelectroniccomponents,packages,andalsomodules(referredtoas“products”inthisstandard)foruseinelectronicandelectricequipment.Itspecifiessamplingplansforinspectionbyattributesontheassumptionthattheacceptancenumberiszero(Ac=0),includingcriteriaforsampleselectionandprocedures.Thezeroacceptancenumbersamplingplansprovidedbythisstandardapplytotheinspectionofproducts,thataremanufacturedundersuitableprocesscontrolwiththetargetofa“zerodefect”qualitylevelbeforesamplinginspection.Inaddition,thisstandardprovidesamethodforthecalculationoftheexpectedvalueofthestatisticalverifiedqualitylimit(SVQL)ataconfidencelevelof60%.Amongstotherthings,thismethodcanbeusedtoverifytheeffectivenessofthesupplier’sprocesscontrol.NOTEInthisstandardtheterm“module”isusedforproductswhicharemodulesaccordingtothedefinitioninIEC60194.
