【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazardsofmachinesforsurfacecleaningandpre-treatment-inthefollowingcalled"cleaningmachines"-ofindustrialitemsusingflammablecleaningliquidsoramixtureofcleaningliquids,eveninemulsionform,whichcanpotentiallycreate,eventemporarily,aconditionofflammability.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesincombinationwithEN12921-1.Bothpartstogethercoverallsignificanthazardsrelevantforcleaningmachinesofindustrialitemsusingliquidsorvapours,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThespecificrequirementsspecifiedinthisEuropeanStandardtakeprecedenceovertherespectiverequirementsofEN12921-1.Totheextentofthisdocumentthetermscombustiblematerialsandflammablesubstanceandexplosiveareequivalentlyused.NOTE1Theconditionofflammabilitycanbegeneratedonlywhenmoleculesofthefluidareinintimatecontactwithoxygenfromtheair.Ignitionispossiblewhen:thefluidgeneratesaconcentrationofvapourinair,or:theflammablefluidispresentasasuspensionoffinedropletsinair(aerosol).NOTE2Inpractice,firesandexplosionsdifferbythesizeandintensityofthereaction,andbytheinstantaneouseffectsontheenvironment.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytomachineryandrelatedequipmentexcludedfromthescopeofEN12921-1.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletocleaningmachinesofindustrialitemsusingflammablecleaningliquidswhicharemanufacturedbeforethepublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.

【摘要】:Thisreportpresentsanddescribesameansofidentifyingwhereneworrevisedmanufacturingstandardsmayberequired.ItestablishesaReferenceModelforShopFloorProduction,whichisthenusedasthebasisfordevelopingamethodologyfortheidentificationandextractionofareasforstandards.TheassumptionsusedtodeveloptheReferenceModelare:*thefieldofintestisthemanufactureofdiscretepartsandinparticulartheproduction(physicalrealisation)oftheseparts,*theReferenceModelneedstobeopen-endedsothatitcanberevisedtoincorporatenewtechnologies,and*theReferenceModelneedstobegenericinnaturesothatitcanbeappliedtoawiderangeofapplicationsandisnotdirectedtoaparticularorganisationalstructureofmanufacturing.ItisemphasisedthattheReferenceModel:*providesaconceptualframeworkforunderstandingmanufacturingand*canbeusedtoidentifyareasofstandardsnecessarytointegratemanufacturingsystems.TheReferenceModeldoesnothoweverprovideamethodologyfordesigning,implementing,operatingandmaintaininganyexistingorfuturemanufacturingautomationsystem.TheremaybeaneedtodevelopotherReferenceModelswhichcanbeusedforthosepurposes,perhapsbasedontheworkdescribedinthisreport.Thedevelopmentofsuchmodelsisbeyondthescopeofthistechnicalreport.
