【摘要】:ThispartofthisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodofdetermininginpolyethylene(PE)thecolouristicpropertiesofatestpigmentrelativetoastandard,andtheeaseofdispersionDHPEofpigmentsfromthedifferencesincolourstrengthondispersingcolouringmaterialsundervariousconditions.MethodAisappropriateforusewithorganicpowderpigmentsandcarbonblackpigmentsinpowderform,manyofwhicharesubjecttocompaction(reagglomerationunderpressure),forinorganicpigmentsinpowderformandforpigmentpreparationsinpowderorflakeform.MethodBisappropriatefortestingpigmentsandpigmentpreparationsingranularformandforinorganicpigmentsinanyform.Theeaseofdispersiondeterminedinthiswayisvalidonlyforthedispersionequipment,dispersionconditionsanddispersionmediumbeingused.Theuseoftestconditionsdifferingfromthosespecifiedmaygivedifferentresults;thisappliesbothtotheabsolutemagnitudeandtotherelationbetweenvaluesoftheeaseofdispersionofvariouspigments.ThesubscriptDHPEisthereforeusedtodesignatethevalueobtainedasspecifiedinthispartofthisEuropeanStandard.
