【摘要】:ThispartofISO11151specifiesrequirementsforlasercomponentsusedinthenearultra-violet,visibleandnearinfraredspectralranges,fromwavelengths190nmto2100nm,andfacilitatesthesupplyofspareparts—byspecifyingpreferreddimensionsandtolerances,therebyreducingthevarietyoftypes;—bystandardizingthespecificationsandremovingbarrierstotrade;—byestablishinganagreeddesignationforitemorders.ThispartofISO11151coversplanar,piano-sphericalandsphericalsubstrates,lensesandopticalcomponentsthataredesignedspecificallyasstandardizedopticalcomponentsnormallyofferedviacataloguefromsuppliersandintendedforusewithlasers.ThispartofISO11151includescomponentdescriptions,materialsemployed,physicaldimensionsandmanufacturingtolerances(includingsurfacefinish,figureandparallelism).Althoughmost,butnotall,ofthesecomponentsarecoated(fullyreflecting,partiallyreflectingoranti-reflecting)beforeincorporationintothelasersystem,thispartofISO11151doesnotincluderecommendationsforthespecificationofcoatings.NOTEForopticalcomponentsusedintheinfraredspectralrange(>2100nm),refertoISO11151-2.Forthespecificationandtestingofopticalcoatings,refertotheISO9211series.
