【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthemicrobiologicalresistanceofgeotextilesandgeotextile-relatedproductsbyasoilburialtest.Itdoesnotspecifyforwhichproductsorinwhichapplicationsthesoilburialtestisrequired.NOTE1:Forfurtherreference,seeCRISO13434.NOTE2:Experienceandexhumationofgeotextilesandgeotextile-relatedproductswhichhadperformedsuccessfully,insomecasesformorethantwodecades,indicatethatgeotextilesandgeotextile-relatedproductsmadeoutofsyntheticmaterialsaregenerallyresistantagainstmicrobiallyinitiateddecay.Itcanthereforebeexpectedthatmostoftheseproductscommerciallyavailableatthepresenttimewillpassthesoilburialtestsuccessfullyanditisprobablynotnecessarytosubmitthemalltothistestindependentoftheirfunction.However,iftherequirementsforappropriatefunctioningofthegeotextilesandgeotextile-relatedproductsdemandproofofmicrobiologicalresistanceoriftheyaremanufacturedfromnewlydevelopedpolymerswhoseresistanceisinanydoubt,thesoilburialtestshouldbeperformed.
