【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestheoperatingconditionsforinstrumentsusedforthedeterminationoffat,proteinandlactosecontentofex-farmmilk,baseduponthemeasurementoftheabsorptionofmid-infraredradiationatwavelengthswhicharerepresentativeofeachcomponentanalysed.NOTE1Inpractice,thesemeasurementsaremadeusingcommercialautomaticorsemi-automaticinstrumentsdefinedinclause5andcalled"infraredinstruments"inthisInternationalStandard.AnymodelofinstrumentwhichdoesnotcomplywiththeprincipleofanalysisgiveninthisInternationalStandardorwhichincorporatesmodificationsthatmayaltertheprincipalcharacteristicsoftheapparatus(repeatability,accuracy,conditionsofuse),aswellasthemeansofadjustingthecalibration,willrequireaseparatespecificstandard.NOTE2Notallinstrumentsallowdeterminationofthelactosecontent.Moreover,someinstrumentsallowdirectmeasurementofthewatercontent.Thetotalsolidscontentcanbeestimatedbyaddingtogetherthefat,proteinandlactosecontents,aconstantbeingusedtocorrectforthesaltcontent.Themethoddescribedisapplicabletothedeterminationofthefat,proteinand,asappropriate,lactosecontentofex-farmmilk.Themethodisalsoapplicabletotheanalysisofmilkofotherspecies(goat,ewe,buffalo,etc.)andprocessedmilkprovidedaspecificcalibrationoftheinstrument(seeclause7)ismade.
