【摘要】:1ThispartofISO2580establishesasystemofdesignationforacrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)mouldingandextrusionmaterials,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2ThetypesofABSplasticaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)Vicatsofteningtemperatureb)meltvolume-flowratec)Charpynotchedimpactstrengthd)tensilemodulusandoninformationaboutcomposition,intendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3ThispartofISO2580isapplicabletoallacrylonitrile-butadiene-styrenematerialsconsistingofacontinuousphasebasedmainlyoncopolymersofstyrene(and/oralkyl-substitutedstyrene)andacrylonitrileandadispersedelastomericphasebasedmainlyonpolybutadiene,plusothercomponents,insuchquantitiesasspecifiedinthetext.ItappliestoABSmaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granules,pelletsorchips,unmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.ThispartofISO2580doesnotapplytomaterialsa)withaCharpynotchedimpactstrengthoflessthan3kilojoulespersquaremetre;b)containinglessthan50%bymassofbutadieneintheelastomeroftheelastomericphase;c)containinglessthan15%bymassofacrylonitrileinthecontinuousphase.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO2580doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(see3.1).
