【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsfortheapplicationofliquidappliedepoxyinternallinings,forthecorrosionprotectionofsteeltubes.Thistypeofliningisgenerallyusedinthetransportanddistribution,underpressureorbygravity,ofwaterintendedforhumanconsumptionandindustrialuse,seawater,wastewaterandalsoinfirewater.Thetemperatureofthewatertransportedgenerallydoesnotexceed50°C.Thechoiceofthelininganditslimitsofusedependonthetypeofproductused,thepipelayingconditions,thetemperatureandthechemicalcompositionofthefluid.ThechoiceoftheproductforthemediumtobetransportedanditsqualificationarenotpartofthisEuropeanStandard.Theliningconsistsnormallyofonelayerofliquidproduct,appliedbysprayairlesstechniqueaftersurfacepreparation.AllorsomeoftherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardcanapplytotheinternalliningsoffittings,ifagreedbythepurchaserandthecoater.ThelininginthisEuropeanStandardcanbeappliedtolongitudinallyorspirallyweldedtubesandtoseamlesssteeltubesusedfortheconstructionofpipelinesforconveyingliquids.Thesetubesarenotintendedtobebentaftertheepoxylininghasbeenapplied.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverin-situappliedorrehabilitationlinings.Theconstituentmaterialsofepoxylinings,whenusedundertheconditionsforwhichtheyaredesigned,inpermanentortemporarycontactwithwaterintendedforhumanconsumption,shouldnotchangethequalityofthatwatertosuchanextentthatitfailstocomplywiththerequirementsofEuropeanregulationsattheenduser.Forthispurpose,referenceshouldbemadetotherelevantnationalstandardstransposingENstandardswhenavailable,dealingwiththeinfluenceofmaterialsonwaterquality.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestechniquesforthemanualultrasonictestingoffusionweldedjointsinmetallicmaterialsequaltoandabove8mmthickwhichexhibitlowultrasonicattenuationatobjecttemperaturesfrom0°Cto60°C.Itisprimarilyintendedforuseonfullpenetrationweldedjointswhereboththeweldedandparentmaterialandferritic.Wherematerial-dependentultrasonicvaluesarespecifiedinthisInternationalStandard,theyarebasedonsteelshavinganultrasonicsoundvelocityof(5920±50)m/sforlongitudinalwavesand(3255±30)m/sfortransversewaves.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesfourtestinglevels,eachcorrespondingtoadifferentprobabilityofdetectionofimperfections.GuidanceontheselectionoftestinglevelsA,BandCisgiveninAnnexA.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthattherequirementsoftestinglevelD,whichisintendedforspecialapplications,beinaccordancewithgeneralrequirements.TestinglevelDcanonlybeusedwhendefinedbyspecification.Thisincludestestsofmetalsotherthanferriticsteel,testsonpartialpenetrationwelds,testswithautomatedequipment,andtestsatobjecttemperaturesoutsidetherange0℃to60℃.ThisInternationalStandardcanbeusedfortheassessmentofindications,foracceptancepurposes,byeitherofthefollowingtechniques:a)evaluationbasedprimarilyonlengthandechoamplitudeofthesignalindication;b)evaluationbasedoncharacterizationandsizingoftheindicationbyprobemovementtechniques.Thetechniquesusedshallbespecified.
